What is psychotherapy
The body is like a big book where all the information you experience throughout life is written down. Nothing is deleted but only forgotten by the brain as there is too much information. Psychotherapy is about finding the page where the information you need is on.
In psychotherapy, body, psyche and soul are connected and which overall make up ALL of you . By getting them to work together, you will be able to become more aware of your challenges and thereby have a greater opportunity to solve them and break locked patterns.
We contain everything and have always done it… we have just forgotten it or shut it down through the things we have experienced through life.
This realization can help start a healing process. Like a new day where you wake up to the feeling that you are whole and always have been. Then one can start to change his physical and mental state from within.
But psychotherapy does not have to be just where you deal with things that are acute. One can also consider it as something that needs to be maintained in the same way as if one goes out and runs a walk to maintain one’s body. If you train and maintain your mental state on an ongoing basis, you may be able to take things in stride before they become acute and settle in the body as pain or illness.
No problem is too small. No problem is too big.
